About this position
Connected Logistics is seeking a Senior Business/Financial Analyst Lead in Fort Belvoir, VA. The ideal candidate for this position will serve the client by leading assigned projects and preparing, supporting, and coordinating budget and financial management reports, processes, and activities to meet mission requirements. As a Senior Lead, responsibilities will include approving timesheets, providing general oversight for the team, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Support all financial management efforts of the BMD by developing and managing scope, time, cost, quality, deliverables, resources, communications, risks, and procurements for BMD financial products.
Performance & Completion of the following:
GFEBS Financial Transaction Processing (e.g., Purchase Request building, Business Intelligence report generation, Journal Voucher building, Sales Order creation, etc.); LMP Financial Module (e.g., PWD building); Defense Travel System Authorization / Voucher review; IT Budget Exhibits; Purchase Request (PR) Forms; Army budget execution and formulation; Army Budget Exhibits/Schedule; Financial Reporting; T&E Budget Exhibits; Spend plan Development, tracking, and variance analysis; Unfinanced Requirements Justifications; Army Program Analysis; and MIPR Processing.
Requirements:- Must possess and maintain a Secret Clearance (required).
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant disciplines such as finance, mathematics, or business disciplines. (required)
- DAWIA Practitioner Level Certification in Business – Financial Management
- Five (5) to Ten (10) years + of relevant experience in cost analysis/ estimation
- Ability to collaborate with the government end-client.
- Experience in cost analysis/estimation, working in a DoD project management office.
- Working knowledge and hands-on experience with GFEBS, specifically in resolving GFEBS errors, including Interface Document Errors, obligation and disbursement posting issues, and payroll and travel posting issues.
- Experience and understanding of Financial Audit Readiness.
- Experience and knowledge of Army appropriations [e.g., Operations and Maintenance, Army (OMA), Other Procurement, Army (OPA), and Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation (RDT&E)].

This is a good-faith range based on factors such as your experience, geographic location, and any applicable contractual requirements, and may vary slightly.
