Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a growth strategy for federal government contracts
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders
- Lead capture management and proposal development efforts
- Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities
- 2–4 years of experience in business development and capture management within federal government contracting
- Experience in professional services and proposal development
- Strong understanding of federal contracting methods and procurement processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and federal opportunity sourcing tools (SAM.gov, FedConnect, Deltek GovWin)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with 8(a) Federal contracting.
- Knowledge of Shipley Proposal Methods.
