**Job Description:**
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Fiber Splicer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, splicing, testing, and maintenance of fiber optic cables. This role requires a strong understanding of fiber optic technology and the ability to work with precision and attention to detail.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Perform fiber optic splicing and testing.
- Install, maintain, and repair fiber optic cables.
- Conduct fiber optic testing using OTDR, power meters, and other testing equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with fiber optic cables and systems.
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Fiber Splicer.
- Strong knowledge of fiber optic technology and splicing techniques.
- Ability to work with precision and attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
