FS Cut & Color is seeking an experienced, motivated Salon Manager to lead our busy, high-performing salon in Franklin, TN. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and is passionate about team development and salon success.
💼 What You’ll Do:
Lead and manage day-to-day salon operations
Motivate, coach, and develop a team of talented stylists
Oversee scheduling, staffing, and performance management
Ensure outstanding customer service and salon cleanliness
Manage inventory, supplies, and payroll coordination
Implement promotions and marketing strategies
Build and retain a strong, loyal customer base
✅ What We’re Looking For:
10 + years of salon experience, with 3 + years in a leadership or management role
Valid Tennessee Cosmetology License (Required)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage a team and drive business results
Knowledge of salon operations, retail, and customer service
