Pay Range: $20.00 – $22.00/hour (based on experience)
Shift Differentials available for evenings, nights & weekends
Schedule Options: This is a full-time position with both AM (6:30 AM – 6:30 PM) and Overnight (6:30 PM – 6:30 AM) shifts available. The role also includes some weekend and holiday responsibilities.

What You’ll Do:
As a QMAP/Caregiver, you’ll play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents. You’ll:
- Prepare and administer medications to residents as directed by a Licensed Nurse, following proper protocols and documentation.
- Provide high-quality, person-centered care to residents.
- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
- Encourage and support residents in maintaining their highest possible level of independence and functioning.
What You’ll Bring:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Current QMAP certification in Colorado.
- 1+ years of Caregiver experience required.
