Trayer

The primary responsibility of this position is to tray and rack the product.

This position shall ensure that all production is performed in accordance with applicable company policies, procedures, forms, and work instructions. Must work directly in a cooperative manner with management and other employees to allow the company’s production objectives to be met.

This position will be filled by an individual who works cooperatively and enthusiastically, in addition to the following responsibilities, be willing to support and assist in all areas.

Employee must be able to stand prolonged periods of time and walk without difficulty, and work in ambient temperature environment year-round. The production floor work environment can be hot or cold, depending on the weather. Gas-fired ovens are running continuously so the summer environment can be hot and humid. It can be dusty and dirty and involves wet paint and coatings.

• EDUCATION AND SKILLS
• Minimum High School diploma
• Must be able to read and write accordingly
• Must be cognitive and responsible
• Have good hand and eye coordination
• Be able and willing to do a repetitive motion
• Entry Level Job Work
• Consistent and on-time arrival at work area at shift start and after lunch
• Lift <30 lbs. with co employee
• Tray and rack product at acceptable minimum standards
• Ability to follow instructions concerning correct handling of spray coated product
• Correctly operate shaker
• Adhering to all company safety standards
