PURPOSE OF THE JOB:  Serves as an Executive Secretary to the Community Health Aide Program (CHAP).

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. High School graduate or GED equivalent.
  2. Experienced in developing and maintaining filing systems, taking minutes, and other administrative duties.
  3. Proficient with office technology and software such as Microsoft Office. 
  4. Excellent oral and written skills.
  5. Familiar with common medical terminology.
  6. Excellent customer service.
  7. Self-motivated, organized, and work well in a team environment.
