Jet Parts Engineering LLC is seeking a skilled IT Manager/Generalist to oversee our IT operations on Long Island, New York. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT management and a deep understanding of various Microsoft products, alongside robust networking knowledge and experience in desktop support.


Key Responsibilities

· Tier 2 IT Support & Support Management: Oversee the IT department's daily functions and lead Tier 2 desktop support efforts, swiftly resolving technical issues for end-users and ensuring effective support for all technology-related issues.

· Microsoft Products Expertise: Utilize and manage Microsoft technologies, including Office 365, Azure AD, Intune, Entra, SharePoint and on-premise Active Directory.

· Salesforce Administration: Manage and support Salesforce platform including user administration, security settings, custom objects, workflows, and integrations with Microsoft 365 ecosystem. Provide end-user support and training on Salesforce functionality.

· AI Initiatives: Support and implement AI-driven solutions to enhance business operations.

· Network Management: Maintain and troubleshoot local area networks to ensure efficient connectivity and performance.

· Tool Management: Administer and use tools like Ninja One RMM, Huntress, Sentinel One and SIEM to enhance IT security and efficiency.

· Troubleshooting: Proactively identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations while also providing desktop support for approximately 100 endpoints.


Requirements:

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

  

· Proven experience in IT management or a similar role.

· Strong knowledge of Microsoft products, specifically Azure AD, Intune, and on-premise Active Directory and server management.

· Experience with Salesforce administration, including user management, customization, and integration with Microsoft 365  applications.

· Comprehensive networking knowledge.

· Experience in Tier 2 desktop support.

· Familiarity with IT management tools including Ninja One, Huntress, and Sentinel One.

· Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to think critically under pressure while working with an IT team remotely.

$80000.00 - $100000.00 Annual Salary
