A Day in the Life | Responsibilities We Trust You With:
- Oversee the production process looking for ways to improve efficiencies, meeting all production quotas and deadlines
- Coordinate with Production Supervisor work assignments
- Engages with Production Supervisor to analyze productivity, workflow, methods, and procedures, making recommendations to management as appropriate
- Enforce all company policies and plant rules, to include but not limited to problem solving, development & implementation of standard operating procedures
- Completes production labor schedule by scheduling and assigning personnel; accomplishing work results; establishing priorities; monitoring progress; revising schedules to minimize OT; resolving problems; reporting results of the shift production daily
- Responsible to meet all food safety, quality, and customer requirements for this position
What You Must Know | Education and Experience:
- 4-year degree or equivalent work experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment, preferably consumer packaged goods
- Computer skills
- Self-motivation and safety awareness.

- Ability to communicate with all levels of management and subordinates using both verbal and written formats
