Pay rate: $21-24 per hour based on experience

Plumbing Dispatcher Expectations

  • Strategically assign service calls to technicians based on location, skill set, and availability

  • Adapt quickly to last-minute changes, emergency calls, and same-day requests

  • Receive and direct calls with professionalism, ensuring a positive first impression

  • Collect accurate information about service needs and communicate expectations clearly

  • Confirm appointments, provide updates, and ensure customer satisfaction through follow-up

  • Provide technicians with clear job details, required materials, and any special instructions

  • Monitor job status throughout the days and adjust schedules to meet changing demands

  • Bridge communication between technicians and customers when needed

  • Ensure all customer data is complete and correct, including contact information and service descriptions

  • Stay organized under pressure - manage multiple requests, calls, or schedule shifts simultaneously

  • Partner with Customer Experience Specialists, field technicians, and management to keep operations running smoothly

  • Report patterns or challenges to leadership to help improve service delivery and efficiency

  • Once service calls have been completed, you’ll follow up to make sure our team did an outstanding job for the customer

  • We are a highly technology-focused company, which means you’ll be using several different applications throughout the day to complete your tasks

Plumbing Dispatcher Experience

  • Receptionist or call center or customer service experience
