$15,000 Sign-On Bonus | Full-Time | Center-Based
Salary: $76,000 – $91,000 annually (based on experience)
Schedule: Between 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Location: Center-based (Massachusetts)
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a BCBA Consultant, supporting young children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD). In this role, you’ll partner closely with families, Early Intervention providers, and multidisciplinary teams to design and oversee high-quality, evidence-based behavioral and educational services.

What You’ll Do

Provide educational and behavioral consultation to families, Early Intervention providers, and service agencies

Conduct assessments and develop individualized curricula and treatment plans

Design and oversee behavior support plans and data collection systems
-
Train, supervise, and support direct teaching staff (ABA Home-Based EI Counselors)

Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including educators, families, and funding agencies

Ensure services align with best practices in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
Required Education & Credentials
-
Master’s or Doctorate in:
-
Child Development
-
Special Education
-
Developmental Psychology
-
Young Child with Special Needs
-
Or a related field
-
-
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (required)

Must obtain or be eligible to obtain Massachusetts LABA licensure within 90 days of hire
Additional Requirements

Valid U.S. driver’s license and minimum age of 21

Ability to attain approved Melmark driver status

Successful completion of MA CORI background check

Completion of employer-provided training, including:

CPR & First Aid
-
Crisis Intervention
-
Orientation and New Hire Onsite Training Program

Experience & Skills
-
2–3 years of experience providing services to young children with ASD

Strong background in:

Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)

Early Intensive Behavioral Intervention

Child development and autism services
