What Youll Do:
- Greet and assist prospective residents
- Conduct apartment tours like a pro
- Process applications and lease agreements accurately
- Follow up on leads and support marketing efforts
- Build strong resident relationships and community vibes
What Were Looking For:
- Leasing experience? Great! No experience? Well train you
- Basic computer skills + willingness to learn new tech
- Strong communication skills, verbal & written
- Positive, people-first attitude & team player
- Open to online training and continuous development
