Direct Care Staff, where youll provide hands-on support, assist with daily
activities, and contribute to the well-being of individuals served. This is an

What Youll Do
- Provide
direct medical and mental health support, assisting individuals
served with daily activities and monitoring their well-being.
- Conduct
routine safety inspections and accountability checks to maintain a
secure environment.
- Observe
individuals served, listen to concerns, and report unusual behavior
to behavioral health professionals.
- Provide
1:1 supervision for individuals served in crisis, documenting
observations per approved protocols.
- Assist
licensed staff in delivering direct services, including health data
collection, education, and support, as well as monitoring groups or
activities.
- Ensure
a clean, safe, and therapeutic environment for all individuals
served.
- Maintain
confidentiality of client information in accordance with
organizational policy, state law, and accrediting standards.
- Complete
all required documentation and reports accurately and on time.
What Were Looking For
Education
- High
School Diploma, GED, or equivalent (Required)
Experience
- One
(1) year in a mental/behavioral health setting (Required)
Licenses/Certifications
- CPR
Certification prior to providing direct care (Required)
- Any
client-mandated certifications and/or training (Required)
- Healthcare,
mental health, or human services license or certification (Preferred)
