South West Plumbing is hiring a CRM & Data Operations Summer Intern!
South West Plumbing, Heating, Air, and Electric is a 45-year-old residential home services company proudly serving the Greater Seattle area. We’re growing fast and looking to offer hands-on summer internship opportunities for students or recent graduates eager to learn about data systems, customer operations, and the trades industry.
We are hiring three Summer Interns to join our Operations Department, focused on CRM data cleaning, customer record updates, and administrative support. This is a great opportunity to learn how a CRM powers a high-volume business and see firsthand how operational accuracy supports sales, service, and dispatch.
Benefits:
- Compensation $19.90 per hour
- Flexible hours within business hours (8 AM – 5 PM)

Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and organize customer profiles within our CRM (Service Titan)
- Assist in identifying and merging duplicate accounts
- Update and validate customer contact information
- Tag customer records for marketing, membership, or service segmentation
- Assist in lead entry, pipeline cleanup, and other data tasks as assigned
- Collaborate with operations and marketing to support clean data for outbound campaigns
- Participate in team meetings and gain exposure to business workflows

Requirements
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in Excel/Google Sheets and learning new systems

- No prior CRM experience required – training provided
