 Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Generalist/Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment and provide comprehensive support for HR functions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong understanding of HR practices, and is passionate about talent acquisition and employee engagement. 

Requirements:

 Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment (50%)
• Develop and post job descriptions on various platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, internal career site, etc.)
• Source candidates through resume databases, social media, and professional networks
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens and interviews
• Coordinate interview scheduling and feedback collection with hiring managers
• Extend job offers and manage the pre-employment process (background checks, references, etc.)
• Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure compliance with EEOC regulations

HR Generalist Functions (50%)
• Assist with onboarding and orientation of new employees
• Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HRIS systems
• Provide support in administering HR policies and procedures
• Assist with performance review cycles and training initiatives
• Handle employee relations issues and escalate as appropriate
• Support benefits administration and open enrollment processes
• Participate in HR projects such as engagement surveys, diversity initiatives, and policy development

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in HR or recruitment (in-house or agency)
• Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency with HRIS and applicant tracking systems 

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and confidentiality

Preferred Qualifications:
• HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
• Experience with employer branding and social recruiting strategies
• Familiarity with metrics-driven recruitment and reporting
