Who we want:


The Pre-K Partnership Registrar is responsible for requesting, collecting, and organizing data from child development centers (CDCs) and entering information into District and State data systems. As the PKP Registrar, you will receive training to fully understand the goals of this endeavor and work closely with the United Way Manager of Pre-K Partnerships and the directors of partner CDCs to implement data entry protocols for timely and accurate data reporting. This position is grant funded.

What you’ll do:

  • Engage in frequent communication with CDCs to obtain data elements for reporting
  • Identify and implement procedures to streamline data collection.
  • Validate and enter data into various systems accurately. 
  • Maintain appropriate filing systems for hard and soft copies of student information.
  • Transmit student information to students’ next school or district.
  • Other duties as assigned. 

What you'll bring:

  • This position requires an Associate’s degree or at least two (2) years of related experience. 
  • Experience with PEIMS data (student data entry system) and TEAMS data (Online Attendance) preferred.
  • Experience with preparing data reports and records management.
  • Familiarity with class rosters and attendance monitoring
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated experience working with a diverse set of stakeholders.
  • An ability to work in a cross-functional, fast-paced work environment.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

This position is located in Austin, Texas, and reports directly to the Sr. Manager, Pre-K Partnerships.
