Accounting Administrator (Entry-Level)
Location: Fort Washington, PA
Type: Full-time, onsite
CleanSpace is hiring two entry-level Accounting Operations Administrators to support the stabilization and daily execution of our accounting function. This role supports payroll, accounts
payable/receivable, and accounting system integrity across a fast-paced, project-driven business.
This position is ideal for someone early in their accounting career who is detail-oriented, systems-focused, and interested in how accounting, procurement, and operations work together in
the real world.
What You’ll Do
• Enter payroll data accurately and on time
• Support AP and AR data entry as needed
• Help vendors submit invoices through Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
• Review and resolve daily sync issues between ACC and QuickBooks Online (QBO)
• Assist with job cost entry and validation
• Support month-end close preparation and reconciliations

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working in accounting systems and spreadsheets
• Willing to follow defined processes and escalate issues early
Nice to Have
• 0–2 years accounting or admin experience
• Exposure to ACC, QBO, or similar systems
• Construction, manufacturing, or project-based accounting experience
