CNC Industries, a Kadon Company, is growing and looking for a skilled CNC Machinist to join our nightshift precision manufacturing team.

What You’ll Do
- Set up and operate CNC mills and manual machines
- Perform fixture changes, tool changes, and offsets
- Adjust feeds, speeds, and machine parameters to optimize quality and efficiency
- Run production parts to print and maintain tight tolerances
- Read and interpret blueprints and job travelers
- Apply basic GD&T and inspection standards
- Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, height gages, bore gages, and other measuring tools
- Troubleshoot basic machining or tooling issues
- Perform daily preventive maintenance on equipment
- Follow AS9100 quality standards and company procedures
- Keep your workspace clean, safe, and organized
- Work closely with programming, quality, and production teams to keep jobs moving

What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of CNC machining experience
- Experience with machine setup and fixture indicating
- Ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T
- Basic knowledge of G & M codes
- Understanding of tooling, feeds, and speeds
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Reliable, team-oriented, and safety-minded
- Technical certification or trade school training is a plus
