This is a non-retail compounding pharmacy role offering consistent weekday hours, a collaborative environment, and the opportunity to grow into the specialized field of sterile pharmacy compounding.If you are detail-oriented, motivated to learn, and looking to build a long-term pharmacy career outside of retail, we encourage you to apply.ResponsibilitiesCollect medication samples and prepare submissions to third-party laboratoriesEnter, manage, and maintain quality control data in computer systemsPackage and prepare samples for laboratory testingCreate and maintain digital and physical documentation for medicationsInput lab results, clear medications, and process batch paperwork and logsRotate inventory using FIFO (first-in, first-out) proceduresCommunicate with multiple departments regarding medication status, timelines, and needsSupport workflow efficiency through cross-functional collaborationComplete order entry and refills under pharmacist supervisionManage inventory, storage, labeling, log sheets, and reportsQualificationsRequired:Active Pharmacy Technician Trainee LicenseMust be able to perform basic computer functions Must have knowledge of Microsoft applications (teams, excel, word) Must have the ability to work closely and effectively with others in a team oriented environment Must possess problem solving, organizational, and time management skills Must be able to lift over 50 lbs Preferred:PTCB CertificationExperience with Microsoft Teams, Excel, and WordPrevious experience in pharmacy, healthcare, or quality control environmentsCompensation & Benefits$19.00 – $22.00 per hour (DOE)Medical, Dental, Vision & Life Insurance401(k)Stable weekday scheduleFinal offers are contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screen.
