Mobile Maintenance Technician

CAM Partners LLC is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Technician to complete general maintenance at commercial sites across NH and Maine for a fast-growing facility maintenance company. This is a hands-on role involving carpentry, flooring, doors, locks, door closures, painting, equipment maintenance, and other general mechanical work.

• Pay Range: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour, based on experience

What You’ll Do:

• Travel daily to multiple client sites, completing assigned work orders on facility finishes, furnishings, and equipment in a timely and efficient manner
• Track and reconcile all work orders and parts used via a Work Order Management System
• Provide technical support in field service situations, ensuring high levels of customer service
• Collaborate with team members to analyze problems and implement effective solutions
• Comply with all CAM Partners and OSHA safety policies and regulations
• Maintain a professional, safe and clean work environment
• Maintain company vehicle, inventory and tools, and coordinate restocking of vehicle
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor, including assisting other tradesmen and completing emergency repairs

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in facilities maintenance or mobile maintenance preferred.
  • Military experience related to maintenance or technical fields is highly regarded.

• Technician should have their own basic hand and power tools
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
• Physical Requirements:
  • In addition to tolerating a variety of conditions, you need to be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and be able to push or pull 50 pounds daily
  • Must be able to climb ladders and work at elevated heights
