About this position
Description:
This person will greet homeowners, guide them through our window and door products, enter and track orders, and support the production/warehouse teams by ensuring accurate and timely information flow. We will provide full training on our products and processes — we just need someone who is personable, dependable, and eager to learn.
- Welcome walk-in homeowners and provide basic information on vinyl and aluminum window/door products
- Assist customers in understanding product options, pricing, and available upgrades
- Prepare quotes and enter sales orders into our CRM system
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and order notes
- Coordinate with production to ensure orders are processed correctly and on time
- Schedule customer pickup appointments and confirm completed orders
- Communicate order status updates to customers
- Support showroom organization, product displays, and general front office duties
- Answer phone calls and emails related to sales, orders, and customer inquiries
- Strong people skills and a friendly, customer-oriented attitude
- Reliable, dependable, and professional
- Basic computer proficiency — must be able to use email, CRM, and order entry systems
- Able to learn product details and explain them clearly to customers
- Good attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Willingness to train and grow in the role
- Experience in retail, customer service, or administrative roles is a plus but not required
