🕗 Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

🚀 The Role: Sterilization Technician
As a Sterilization Technician, you’ll be the backbone of our equipment safety, ensuring medical gear is expertly cleaned, repaired, and ready for the patients who rely on it.
🔍 What We're Looking For
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to obtain a Chauffeur's license and DOT Physical to operate a 16-foot box truck
- Ability to stand for 8 hours and lift/carry up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- A dependable, "no experience needed" attitude—we will train you!
🛠 What You’ll Be Doing
- Clean and disinfect medical equipment to the highest standards
- Perform minor repairs and troubleshoot equipment to keep it in top shape
- Maintain a daily log of all equipment cleaned and repaired
- Keep your workspace, testing gear, and inventory organized and ready to go
- Complete weekly inventory cycle counts to keep us on track
- Step in for any additional duties assigned by management to support the team
