We’re looking for an experienced and driven Used Vehicle Department Sales Manager to join one of our metro dealerships at Ewald Automotive Group. In this role, you’ll oversee new or used vehicle sales operations, lead a high-performing sales team, and ensure we deliver an exceptional customer experience while achieving strong business results. What You’ll Do:
- Responsible to lead a team of experienced sales associates.
- Responsible for lot, showroom, and online merchandising
- Must be proficient with CRM and Inventory Management software
Responsible to plan inventory and maintain a turn within company guidelines with minimal age
Manage proper reconditioning standards and a reasonable throughput rate
Comply with OEM guidelines for certified used vehicle standards and objectives.
Sell and deliver enough used vehicles to achieve company forecasted goals
Understand proper desking procedures and various bank programs
Must be a team player with other department managers and lead the sales and BDC teams
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience managing used car sales operations
- Strong understanding of market conditions and sales processes
- Proven leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
- Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license
