We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Group Leader to inspire and support young individuals in their personal and academic development. Key Responsibilities:

- Build trusting relationships with youth through active listening, encouragement, and mentorship

- Provide guidance and support to help young people set and achieve personal, educational, and career goals

- Develop and implement engaging activities and programs that promote positive development

- Monitor and assess the progress of mentees, providing feedback and additional support as needed

- Collaborate with families, schools, and community organizations to ensure holistic support for mentees

- Maintain accurate records of interactions, progress, and program participation

- Promote a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all participants

Requirements:

 Skills and Qualifications:

- Prior experience working with youth or in mentorship, counseling, or education preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong empathy, patience, and active listening abilities

- Ability to motivate and inspire young people

- Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple responsibilities

- Knowledge of youth development principles and community resources

- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education or relevant certifications are a plus



Salary Information

$18.00 - $18.00 Hourly Wage
