RCA seeking an experienced Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our high-performing team. We are a fast-paced, volume-driven store with a strong reputation for excellence, integrity, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Secure financing and insurance options for customers through multiple lenders while ensuring compliance with all federal and state regulations.
- Present and sell F&I products, including extended service contracts, GAP, and ancillary products, maximizing dealership profitability.
- Maintain high standards of customer service, transparency, and professionalism throughout the sales and finance process.
- Work closely with sales management to ensure smooth deal flow and maximize gross per retail unit (PVR).
- Monitor and manage deal compliance, paperwork accuracy, and timely funding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders, banks, and credit unions.
- Train and mentor sales staff on finance processes and product presentation.

Qualifications
- Proven track record as an F&I or Finance Manager in a high-volume dealership.
- Strong knowledge of automotive financing, compliance, and product presentation.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and closing skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with Reynolds & Reynolds, CDK, or similar DMS/CRM systems.
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
