Position Overview:
Provide administrative and project support to the Loan Operations team. Audit the note archiving process to ensure accuracy, scan and index documentation, assist with efficiency projects.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Loan Operations team and learn internal department workflows
- Scan and index documents as necessary or manage digital filing processes to ensure accuracy.
- Audit archived loan notes to ensure accurate storage for future access.
- Participate in efficiency projects to improve processes and streamline workflows.
- Course work toward a Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work independently with minimal instruction
- Capability with MS Office and other business software platforms
