About the role

At Fresh Clinics, we’re on a mission to empower Health Care Professionals to launch and scale clinics to service the growing proactive healthcare segment. This is about delivering new models of healthcare that combine technology, clinical care and uplifted patient experiences. We’re looking for a Head of AU Sales who is a high-integrity leader, who can walk into a suburban clinic and talk shop with an owner-operator, but also a technical architect who can build a world-class growth engine.

What you'll do

This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll act as the architect of our AU growth strategy, reporting directly to the Chief Customer Officer.

  • Rolling Up Sleeves: You aren't just looking at dashboards; you’re driving and guiding the team. You’ll double-team calls, help close deals, and maybe even visit a clinic in suburban Brisbane or Sydney to talk shop with our members.
  • Infrastructure & Ops: You’ll ensure HubSpot isn't just a database, but a piped-in growth engine. You’ll refine our inbound/outbound pathways to make sure no opportunity falls through the cracks and the team is focused on the highest value growth levers.
  • Create Clarity: You’ll protect your team’s focus. In a fast-moving business like ours, you’ll be the filter that translates strategy into clear, actionable quarterly targets and tactics for the BDMs and Account Managers. You'll also protect their time and filter their priorities so that they can focus on doing what they love to do best - serve and build our member base.
  • Strategic Growth: You’ll work with our CCO and Founders to identify new "pockets of opportunity" in the market and mobilise the team to go after them with laser focus.
  • Internal Mentorship: You’ll coach a high-performing, connected and customer-centric team, identifying top talent and building pathways for them to grow alongside the business.

What we're looking for

  • We're looking for a natural leader who can translate opportunities into simple growth strategies.
  • You have a proven track record of selling to small-to-medium business owners. You know that in this world, relationships are built on building trust and "doing what you say you’re going to do."
  • You’ve been in a high-growth environment before. You know how to build sales processes that scale without losing the "human" touch.
  • Experience in medical aesthetics or related health fields (preferred).
  • Experience managing a larger sales team and capability of diverse skillsets and experience.
  • You are a HubSpot power-user who uses data to drive behaviour, not just to report on it.
  • You are a "high-hook" communicator who leads with empathy and clarity
