Job overview

The AMC Auditor will be responsible for servicing client’s mechanical teams and ensuring AMC quality control by following established materials/tools move-in procedures, monitoring and auditing AMC data using portable gas analyzers, and conducting site-designated AMC audits.

This role plays a critical part in safeguarding cleanroom integrity through accurate data collection, daily reporting, and rapid response to AMC-related and environmental control issues.


General Responsibilities

  • Service client’s mechanical teams.
  • Follow material/tool move-in procedure and control AMC quality for customer.
  • Monitor and audit materials/tools’ AMC data in pass through gate by operating portable gas analyzers at job sites.
  • Submit daily AMC reports correctly and data integrity.
  • Support in the cleanroom, including offline sample assistance. And respond to emergencies in the cleanroom related to AMC, HVAC temperature/humidity out of control (OOC), and out of specification (OOS) testing.
  • Adhere to job site safety regulations, PIP and 6S methodology.
  • Complete other tasks delegated by clients.


Additional Work Schedule Requirements

There will be occasions where meeting our clients’ needs and maintaining operational efficiency will require flexibility beyond the standard work schedule:

  • Overtime: There may be times when you will be required to work hours beyond your regular schedule. Overtime will be compensated in accordance with company policy and applicable labor laws.
  • Holidays and Weekends: Our commitment to excellence and client satisfaction may necessitate working on holidays and weekends. These duties will be scheduled in advance whenever possible, and employees will receive additional compensation as per our company policy.


Qualifications & Skills

Education & Related Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent educational certificate is required.
  • Technical or engineering background is a plus.

Must Have:

  • Strong communication skills and ability to influence a safety culture on-site.
  • Strong attention to detail and high sense of data accuracy.
  • Ability to operate handheld analyzers and follow technical procedures.
  • Ability to stand, walk, or work inside cleanrooms in full cleanroom attire for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift and move tools or equipment as required for inspections.

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with AMC monitoring equipment, gas analyzers, or environmental controls is a plus.
  • Basic computer skills for reporting (Excel, documentation tools, report templates).


Working Conditions Disclosure

  • Construction site environment with exposure to dust, noise, extreme temperatures, and large equipment.
  • May require standing, walking, or climbing for extended periods.
  • Use of appropriate PPE is required at all times on-site.
