What You’ll Do at TenX Manufacturing
As a Quality Technician at TenX Manufacturing, you will be responsible for First Article Inspections, CMM programming, preparing detailed quality control documentation, and conducting Gage R&R and CPK studies. This role requires an analytical mindset to ensure efficient workflow, compliance with design specifications, and process capability.
· Conduct First Article Inspections (FAI) to verify that production processes produce parts and assemblies that meet all design specifications and requirements.
· Develop CMM and Keyence programs to increase efficiency in inspection and product flow.
· Prepare comprehensive quality control documentation, including inspection reports, test results, and process capability studies, ensuring all data is accurately recorded and maintained according to company and regulatory standards.
· Collaborate with the Quality Manager and Quality Inspectors to develop and implement quality control standards, procedures, and inspection criteria.
· Participate in continual improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, reduce waste, and improve efficiency.
· Assist in the calibration and maintenance of measurement and test equipment, ensuring that all instruments are functioning correctly and are calibrated according to schedule and industry standards.
· Perform Gage R&R and Capability studies, as needed, to assess the precision and reliability of the company's measurement systems, ensuring that they are suitable for their intended use, as well as the capability of production processes in producing products that meet tolerance and specification criteria consistently.
· Perform other duties, as assigned.
What TenX Manufacturing Is Looking For
· High School Diploma or equivalent.
· Proven experience in conducting First Article Inspections, Gage R&R studies, and CPK studies in a manufacturing environment.
· Experience with CMM programming languages (MCOSMOS, PC-DMIS) preferred, but not required.
· Must have proficiency in interpreting GD&T principles and advanced blueprint reading skills.
· Strong understanding of quality control standards and regulatory compliance requirements (ISO 9001:2015, AS9100, ITAR, ISO/TS 16949).
· Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
· Ability to prepare and maintain detailed quality control documentation.
· Knowledge of calibration processes and equipment is a bonus.
· Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively across different departments.
· General computer proficiency is required.
