In this role, you’ll be the go-to for getting apartments ready for move-in ???, managing a small but mighty crew ??‍??????, and making sure our curb appeal and common areas wow everyone who walks by ??‍????.

What You’ll Do:

• ?? Own the entire unit turnover process—from move-out to move-in

• ?? Supervise your team (housekeeper, painter, porter, and make-ready tech)

• ?? Keep hallways, stairwells, and shared spaces sparkling

• ?? Maintain curb appeal and make first impressions count

• ?? Coordinate vendors and make sure everything’s on track

What You Bring:

• ?? Organization, hustle, and attention to detail

• ?? Leadership experience with a can-do attitude

• ?? Property management or facilities experience = bonus points

• ?? A smartphone (you’ll need it for schedules, photos, and updates)

• ?? A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (you’ll be on the move!)
