$80,000 - $100,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Complete legal research and prepare motions, pleadings, and briefs
- Perform initial consultations to evaluate and advise prospective clients
- Give legal advice to clients throughout the bankruptcy process
- Attend hearings
- Must be able to handle heavy caseload with little supervision
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite is necessary
- Decision-making, public speaking, problem-solving, interpersonal skills, and communication skills are a must
- Experience in bankruptcy law is a big plus, though not required
