CREATIVE PRODUCTION MANAGER

We are looking for a Creative Services Production Manager to manage the creative development process from concept handoff through commercialization. This responsibility spans across all the Made by Gather brands as well as Private label brands. By working closely with the Creative Production Art Director you will manage, schedule, and brief the creative services photography team, based on Marketing and Product requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Scheduling and planning of photography asset creation. Primarily for point of purchase applications such as product gift boxes and secondarily for digital lifestyle and silos applications.
• Manage and improve studio functions regarding process, people, and deliverables
• Create shoot briefs for the team. These detail style, lighting, angles, props, type of food, etc. that are in line with the brand and item being briefed.
• Support the creative Production Art Director to manage any out of house sources of support, ie: retouching, external photography as well as agency studio productions.
• Working closely with post-production in-house teams and external (where relevant) to ensure best-in-class deliverables by supporting assets selection and quality.
• Bring in new creative ideas and digital / visual trends (photography, lighting practices, postproduction treatments) to support Made by Gather Creative vision.
• Coordinate with business partners on sample availability to ensure efficient production planning for high volume assets creation and share-out in timely way.
• Brief and schedule CGI needs to the 3D designers’ team
• Manage asset sharing and storage
• Ensure that project and department milestones and goals are met and adhere to approved budgets

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5 years overall experience in creative department process and functions
• 1-3 years supervisory experience
• Strong proficiency in Adobe creative suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign, Capture one.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple teams
• Strong positive motivational management skills of a team
• Must be detailed and organized to master a dynamic schedule
• Creative executional thinker
• Bachelor’s degree or secondary degree a plus
