  • Custodian: $17.00/Hourly Full-time plus benefits
  • Must have the ability to work weekends and holidays

What work looks like:

Our new facility is located at 7980 W Sahara Avenue, Las Vegas, NV. The Agents at Spy Ninjas: HQ are the center of the action of all of our features! As an Agent at Spy Ninjas: HQ, you will be knowledgeable about all our games and entertainment options and can make recommendations based on a Ninja's (guests) interests and needs. You will monitor event activities and safety protocols. You will also be dedicated to delivering the highest standards in safety and sanitation. You will welcome and engage with all Ninjas while being an ambassador for Spy Ninjas: HQ. You will provide answers to questions for all guests about anything Spy Ninjas HQ including general company information, pricing, and attraction information providing exceptional customer service You will help maintain a clean environment with some janitorial duties and attend regularly scheduled Team Member meetings and training sessions. You must have the ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time, and lift a minimum of 30 pounds.

The role:

  • Sweep, mops floor, vacuum carpets, washes windows and walls as needed.
  • Clean desks, tables and countertops, empty/clean waste receptacles, clean and disinfect restrooms; replenishes and maintains restroom supplies.
  • Sweep and remove debris from parking lots.
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and fixtures, ensuring they are well-stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces to maintain a polished appearance.
  • Maintain and replenish cleaning supplies, notifying the supervisor of any low stock or equipment issues.
  • Assist in setting up meeting rooms and event spaces as needed.
  • Ensure common areas, such as hallways and reception areas, are always clean and presentable.
  • Monitor and report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Follow cleaning schedules and checklists to ensure all areas are thoroughly cleaned and maintained.
  • Maintain a favorable working relationship with all team members to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious work environment that will be conducive to maximize morale, productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness.
  • Immediately report any items that are broken or damaged to the Facilities or the General Manager.
  • Perform other duties as directed by the Facilities or General Manager.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Our perfect candidate has:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work well with others in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to be respectful, approachable and team oriented while building strong working relationships and a positive work environment.
  • Complete and pass a background check.
  • Able to tolerate chemicals, cleansers and solvents.
  • Experience with professional cleaning equipment.
  • Knowledge of various floor surfaces and the processes
  • Ability to speak with others to exchange information.
  • Frequently required to sit, stand, walk, and walk up and down stairs.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds.
  • Ability to record and exchange information from incident reports verbally and in writing.


Salary Information

$17.00 - $17.00 Hourly Wage
