Responsibilities:


- Accurately input and manage data into our company databases and systems

- Verify and correct any discrepancies found in the data

- Conduct data quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness

- Organize and maintain electronic and physical files

- Prepare and sort documents for data entry

- Track progress and report any issues or concerns to the team lead

- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of data entry tasks

- Adhere to company guidelines and policies for data confidentiality and security


Qualifications:


- Proven experience as a data entry operator or similar role

- Excellent typing speed and accuracy

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry software

- Basic knowledge of data management and organization principles

- Ability to work independently and handle tasks with minimal supervision

- Strong attention to detail and time management skills

- Team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills

- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or training in data entry or related fields are a plus

The pay range for this role is:
