Leader’s Holding Co™, family-owned and Florida-proud for over 53 years, is hiring dependable, customer-focused Delivery Drivers to join our crew. Our retail brand, Leaders Casual Furniture®, is known for top-rated service—and we bring that same care and commitment to our team.

What You’ll Do:

• The trailer is fully loaded when you arrive at work!
• Arrive, complete safety checks, and start your deliveries
• Minimal furniture assembly!

• Deliver top-quality furniture and accessories with professionalism and pride.
• Place items exactly where the customer wants
• Operate our well-maintained trucks and branded trailers safely and confidently.
• Guide your helper with clear communication and teamwork
• Stay organized using tablets and scanners
• Travel between stores from Spring Hill to West Palm Beach—no overnights
• Drive new Isuzu NPR-HD trucks with 32' trailers

Pay & Perks: Our Drivers make $45K - $55K annually. (Hourly Pay + Overtime + Incentive Pay)

• Base Pay is $13.00 per hour.

• Completion Incentive ($300–$1,000 bi-weekly, based on number of stops/pieces delivered)

What You’ll Need to Roll with Us:

• Valid driver’s license with clean record (≤3 points, 3 years history)
• Tuesday–Saturday availability (OT required)
• Ability to lift 20–50+ lbs (team lifts for heavy items)
• Strong communication and a positive attitude
• Shift starts at 6:00 a.m. from our Distribution Center, Location: 6303 126th Ave N, Largo, FL 33773
• End of shift is after all deliveries are complete and the truck is returned
