A Day in the Life:
As an Employee Benefits Representative, you'll utilize our proprietary lead management system to connect with business owners and present comprehensive employee benefits packages tailored to their needs. Your goal will be to assist businesses in attracting and retaining top talent through essential benefits, prioritizing the well-being of employees and their cherished families. This is a Monday through Friday position, offering you the gift of work-life balance with NO NIGHTS, NO WEEKENDS, AND NO HOLIDAYS.
Compensation and Growth Opportunities:
At the Gaither-Everett Agencies, we value and reward hard work and dedication. As an Employee Benefits Specialist, you can expect an average first-year income ranging between $50,000 to $85,000, with the potential for significant growth. For those aspiring to leadership roles, the sky's the limit, with management positions earning $100,000 or more.
