About this position

Position Summary/Objective

The Payroll & Accounting clerk will be responsible for processing the weekly payroll for 300

employees. This includes weekly & monthly commissions for sales staff, technicians, and managers.

We use ADP currently as our payroll processor. There will also be accounting department duties such

as vehicle deal processing, accounts payable, & accounts receivable. This is a fast-paced

environment that works as a team.

Essential Functions/Duties/Responsibilities

Calculating commissions for sales and managers (weekly & monthly)

Calculating technician payrolls.

Process payroll for the current level of 300 employees.

Process on-demand payroll checks.

Assist in the accounting department - which could include

o Vehicle sales processing

o Accounts Receivables

o Accounts Payables.

Qualifications And Experience

1-2 years Payroll Customer Service experience

 Experience in Microsoft Word and proficiency in Excel

Knowledge of payroll and payroll processing preferred
