Job Summary: We are seeking a Financial Analyst to provide accurate and data-driven insights on the company's profitability, solvency, stability, and liquidity. The Financial Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting GoEngineer's financial planning and analysis, contributing to strategic decision-making, and driving process improvements.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Data Analysis: Consolidate and analyze financial data including budgets, income statements, and forecasts.
  • Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on financial status and risks, and present findings to senior management.
  • Cost Reduction: Identify and recommend creative alternatives and strategies to reduce costs and improve financial performance.
  • Financial Modeling: Develop financial models, conduct benchmarking, and process analysis.
  • Performance Studies: Conduct business studies on past, future, and comparative performance, and develop forecast models.
  • Trend Identification: Identify financial trends and provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior financial analysts and management.
  • Reconciliation: Reconcile transactions by comparing and correcting data discrepancies.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive process improvement and policy development initiatives impacting the finance function.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field;
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar role within the finance industry.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in spreadsheets, databases, MS Office, and financial software applications. Hands-on experience with analysis and financial modeling.
  • Communication: Outstanding presentation, reporting, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial forecasting, corporate finance, financial diagnosis, and market trends. Well-versed in current financial subjects, accounting principles, tax laws, and business environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems and financial planning software.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience in technology or SaaS is a plus.

Position Hours & Location: This position can hybrid (2-3 days in office) or fully in office. Full-time, business hours.
