Front Desk General Responsibilities:
Manage the operations of the front desk including check-in and check-out
Assist with guest reservations, requests and needs
Warmly greet all guests
Answer phones and respond to guest inquiries or requests
Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
Process payments and handle cash, credit, and debit card
Manage guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Complete daily reports and balance cash drawers

Front Desk Job Requirements Include:
- Reliability and accountability are critical to success
- Desire to learn is essential
- Prior experiences is a a plus, but we are willing to train the right person
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team player
- Ability to stand for an 8-hour shift
- Available for at least one weekend day a week and some holidays
