As our Front Desk Coordinator, you’ll be the first smiling face our real estate agents and clients see when they walk through the door. You’ll help keep our office flowing — answering calls, organizing keys, prepping marketing materials, restocking supplies, and making sure everything feels welcoming and cared for. You’ll also support agents with occasional printing, scanning, labeling, and general admin tasks.


Our office is a few blocks from the beach in Cape Canaveral, and while we’re relaxed in vibe (nothing fussy here), we take service and professionalism seriously. We love our agents and take pride in how we show up for each other and our community.


This role is for you if you:

  • Are a “yes” person, upbeat, friendly, and eager to help
  • Keep things organized and handle interruptions like a pro
  • Don’t get flustered by technology (you’ll use Google Drive, Canva, a printer, and a label maker)
  • Tasks like writing cards, watering plants, or helping coordinate donations
  • Have an eye for detail and a heart for service


This role is in-person only and reports directly to the broker/owner. You’ll be a key part of our daily rhythm and a big reason people enjoy stopping by the office.


20 hours/week | M–F, 9 AM–1 PM

Compensation:

$15 - $17 hourly

Responsibilities:
  • Greet agents and visitors with warmth and professionalism
  • Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately
  • Manage key and property access systems
  • Print and organize flyers, labels, and other marketing pieces
  • Restock and maintain office supplies and tidy common areas
  • Water the office plants weekly
  • Handwrite greeting cards and help with charitable collections
  • Make marketing materials available for agent pickup
  • Use tools like Google Drive, Canva, a label maker, and a standard office printer
  • Assure incoming and outgoing mail is appropriately managed
Qualifications:
  • A positive, “yes-minded” person who loves to help others
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle interruptions calmly
  • Comfortable with light tech tasks (email, printing, Canva, Google Drive, label maker)
  • Self-aware and emotionally intelligent, able to manage themselves and their environment with professionalism
  • Takes initiative, sees what needs to be don,e and jumps in without needing constant direction
  • Experience answering phones in a friendly, professional manner
  • Able to manage time well and prioritize tasks, even when things get busy
  • Completes tasks efficiently, can shift into “urgent mode” when real estate timelines require it
  • Comfortable with a self-paced environment where quiet moments are used productively
  • Enjoys variety in the workday and can stay focused across multiple types of tasks
