About this position
Key Responsibilities
Operational Oversight: Manage the overall operation and maintenance of HVAC systems in commercial, industrial, or residential settings. Ensure systems are functioning efficiently and effectively.
Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for HVAC systems, ensuring cost-effective operations while maintaining quality standards. Understand the KPI's and drive them in the right direction.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the work of HVAC technicians and staff, providing training and support to ensure high performance and adherence to safety standards.
Customer Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction with services provided.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations, including the proper disposal of hazardous materials.
- Strategic Planning: Formulate and implement strategic plans for the HVAC department, aligning with the overall goals of the organization.
- Problem Solving: Providing resolutions to any customer or team member concerns.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years in the HVAC industry, with experience in a leadership role preferred.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of HVAC systems, principles, and maintenance procedures.
Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and managerial skills to effectively manage teams and projects.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients, staff, and suppliers.
Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to identify issues quickly and implement effective solutions.
Pay is 90-100K annually.
