IT Support Technician

Edge Plus is looking out for a hungry, tech-savvy Support Technician to help with supporting our Dental clients and help grow the business and build out managed IT services client base. The best fit for this opportunity is a self-starting, metrics-driven, strategic thinker, and fantastic communicator. Someone able to communicate with current clients and listen to their needs and propose the best solution to make each office run smoothly, efficiently, and allow the staff to focus on their patients, employees, and their practice. You are a servant leader, always putting client needs first and delivering solutions that best meet those needs.
As a Support Technician for Edge Plus, you are:

As a Support Technician, you will:
- Travel to dental offices in the Greater St. Louis area to assist with varying technical issues.
- Build relationships with clients and help them find solutions while providing exceptional customer service.
- Be able to work from home and provide assistance to customers remotely.
- Assist our clients with technical problems concerning hardware, software, peripheral equipment like phones and printers, and specialized dental imaging products.
- Manage routine maintenance and installations for our clients throughout the greater St. Louis area.
