Services we provide include surveillance, statement & interviews, activities checks, background checks, and other investigative endeavors. Through our Frasco Profiles division we provide national and international pre-employment screening.
Compensation:
- Hourly Rate: $20 - $27 per hour (Weekly Pay) Commensurate with experience and performance
- Travel Time: Travel commute time is compensated at 85% of regular hourly rate, after standard commute deduction
- Mileage Reimbursement: Door-to-door mileage reimbursement for all travel
- Paid Administrative Time: Compensation for report writing and administrative time
- Paid Training: Compensation for training sessions to ensure you are well-prepared for your role
Essential job functions include, but are not limited to:
- Conducting insurance claims investigations, including taking recorded claimant and witness statements as well as performing scene investigations
- Completing multiple types of complex claims investigations
- Reviewing assignments and supporting documentation to determine case objectives and client expectations.
- Daily submission of updates regarding work performed on each case
- Maintaining a sufficient level of client billable hours
- Preparing and dictating detailed investigation reports
- Adhering to strict due dates

- Valid driver's license and vehicle
- Minimum auto insurance in the amount of $100,000 each person/$300,000 each accident bodily injury/$50,000 property damage with business use coverage
- A good driving record
- Smartphone and Computer or laptop with good internet connection
PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
- Preferred Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice or related field
- Loss Prevention experience
- General knowledge of insurance law
- AOE/COE investigative experience
- Field investigations experience – Face to face statements
- Experience in investigation of Life Insurance and Disability claims, Workers Compensation, product/auto/general liability claims, and contestable death claims
- Bi-lingual in Spanish and English preferred
