Job Description: Janitor

Reports to: Plant Manager

Position Summary

The janitor will be responsible for the cleanliness of the plant, office, break room, bathrooms, and any other location within or outside the building. In addition driver trucks must be swept and trash cans emptied. When needed will fill in and help with production.

Responsibilities

Sweep and dust the plant working area daily

Vacuum and dust the office area daily

Empty all trash cans

Break down boxes and place in the dumpster

Help in other areas as needed

Qualifications

Basic math knowledge

Good attendance

Ability to multi-task

Ability to work in extreme heat

Ability to stand, climb, bend, and stoop

Ability to lift 50 lbs
