Larry Poole - State Farm Agency located in Bossier City, LA is currently looking for a talented, caring, professional to join our team. This is a position focused on Customer Service for a well-established State Farm Agent.

1. This is an in-office position must be able to make the commute to our Bossier City, LA office location for work Monday through Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
2. Must have an active Property and Casualty Insurance license.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Answer phones and greet clients
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options

Qualifications:

• Property & Casualty license
• Life and Health license must be obtained within 90 days of employment
• Current or previous State Farm experience or Independent Agent is a plus, but not necessary
• Strong professionalism and work ethic
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bilingual (Spanish or other languages) a plus!
• Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in an office setting is preferred
