We seek a marketing expert to support this growth. --- Job Summary Join our team as a Results-Driven Marketing Specialist, where you'll develop and execute effective lead-nurturing strategies. Your role will involve transforming cold leads into warm prospects and seamlessly passing them to our sales team. Lead Nurturing Strategy: - Develop and implement targeted campaigns to educate and engage cold leads. - Create personalized content (emails, social media posts, blog articles) tailored to the needs and pain points of our target audiences. 2. Content Creation: - Write compelling, informative, and engaging content to support lead nurturing initiatives. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure all content aligns with our brand voice and messaging guidelines. 3. Email Marketing: - Design and execute email campaigns that nurture leads and drive conversions. - Analyze performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates) to optimize future email strategies. 4. Lead Scoring and Qualification: - Develop and maintain lead scoring models to identify high-quality leads. - Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads. 5. Analytics and Reporting: - Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for lead nurturing campaigns. - Provide regular insights and recommendations for optimizing campaign strategies. 6. Collaboration and Alignment: - Collaborate with sales, product, and other marketing teams to ensure alignment and effective lead handoff processes. --- Requirements 1. Experience: - 4-6 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably focused on lead nurturing or demand generation. 2. Skills: - Proven expertise in lead nurturing strategies and tactics. - Exceptional writing, communication, and project management abilities. - Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Instantly, Marketo, Pardot, HubSpot). - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 3.
