Description of Position:
West Physics is seeking a motivated and experienced National Sales Associate to join our growing team. This full-time role, based in the greater Atlanta, GA area, will play a critical part in driving nationwide sales efforts and supporting the company’s continued growth. The National Sales Associate will serve as a key representative of our brand, building relationships with healthcare administrators, procurement professionals, and industry partners to promote our technical services. This role requires a balance of strategic outreach, relationship management, and consultative selling, as well as active participation in industry events to generate leads and expand our market presence. Candidates should be comfortable working independently, managing multiple priorities, and serving as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing customers across the United States.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and industry partners, identifying how our services best meet their needs
· Respond to and qualify inbound customer inquiries and leads received via phone, email, and website, as well as leads from the Sales Development Representative team
· Prepare customized service proposals and quotations, ensuring timely follow-up through contract execution
· Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM system and manage ongoing communications to advance sales opportunities
· Represent the company at healthcare trade shows, conferences, and technical exhibits, including selecting high-ROI events and managing all planning, execution, and lead follow-up
· Promote and clearly communicate the value of our services to prospective customers through presentations, proposals, and other sales materials
· Collaborate with senior leadership to provide feedback on sales efforts, customer needs, and marketing strategies
· Organize and maintain marketing collateral, sales presentations, and other sales-related resources
· Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
Prerequisites:
· Bachelor’s or Associate's degree or other non-degree college education permissible in candidates with more extensive professional sales-based experience
· Proficient in utilizing CRM software
· Excellent written and oral communication skills
· Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain strong business relationships. Proven ability to network and build strong relationships with customers
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office
· Travel 15% of time
Desired Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in sales & marketing or radiologic technology sciences
· Established understanding of CRM systems and processes
· Strategic thinking with ability to manage detail
· Highly motivated with a strong work ethic: able to operate independently and with minimal supervision

This position reports directly to the National Sales Supervisor.
