Personal Injury Attorney

Ben Glass Law Fairfax, Other / Non-US, United States

About this position

Job Summary

Our growing law firm is seeking a self-motivated and passionate personal injury litigation attorney who thrives in the courtroom, fights relentlessly for our clients, and approaches each case with confidence and dedication. If you are proactive, positive, and eager to take ownership of your cases from start to finish, we want you on our team. You will be part of a team where we focus on maintaining a positive, proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.

This job is for you if:

  • You are a courtroom junkie (or want to be). Depositions, motions, trials... you're already pretty good and want to get the training, mentorship, and investment that will make you great.
  • You want to own your cases, not just do the work on a file that will get someone else's face on a Virginia Lawyers Weekly case report.
  • You exude confidence and self-assurance.
  • You enjoy connecting with clients and understand that a great customer service experience is as important as a great legal outcome.
  • You're tired of Zoom boxes and Slack messages and are craving the energy of a real office with real humans who actually like working together.
  • You are allergic to micromanagement. You take pride in being organized, goal-oriented, and proactive. You'd rather be trusted than tracked.
  • You thrive on big ideas, fast action, and real collaboration. You don't wait for marching orders. You match energy, push back, and work for better client outcomes together.
