Position:
As a Production Operator, you’ll ensure smooth, efficient, and safe operation of production lines. Your responsibilities include operating equipment, troubleshooting, maintaining cleanliness, and meeting quality standards. You'll play a key role in packaging, sealing, and handling containers, directly impacting product quality.

What You’ll Do
• Primary Responsibilities: You will be responsible for tasks such as packaging, sealing bags, case erecting, operating automated equipment, cleaning production equipment, and unloading/capping containers.
• Make a Difference: Your role ensures that our products are produced on-time, with quality and consistency, helping us deliver the best possible food experiences to our customers.

What We’re Looking For
• Experience with Heart: You have experience troubleshooting production machines, and operating PLC systems. Your hands-on knowledge helps ensure that production runs smoothly.
• Safety & Care: You understand the importance of following safety protocols to protect yourself and your team. We’ll train you on best practices, and you’ll be a key part of creating a safe environment for everyone.
• Team Spirit: You thrive in a collaborative environment and value open communication, respect, and positivity. Working well together is key to our success.
• English Communication: You communicate clearly in English, so you can follow instructions and interact effectively with your team.

Schedule
• 10-hour shifts
• Shift rotation based on production demand
• Tuesday to Friday
