Compensation:$83,000 - $120,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business forward
- Prepare letters of intent, real estate market research reports, partnership models, contracts, due diligence documents, and other business administration paperwork in advance of real estate transactions
- Utilize the CRM daily to track all necessary contact interaction details and monitor sales process
- Act as an intermediary between your sellers and buyers to ensure a smooth close
- Assess comparables, property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, site walks, and market trends
- Client Engagement: Convert leads into appointments, present offers, and secure purchase agreements.
- Negotiation: Effectively negotiate purchase terms and oversee negotiations for sellers
- Market Relationships: Build and maintain relationships throughout the market to identify future acquisition opportunities.
- Utilize the CRM daily to track all necessary contact interaction details and monitor the sales process.
- Facilitate the contract process by building rapport and overcoming objections with clients.
- Assess comparables, property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, and market trends.
- Reply quickly to all incoming leads and client requests for information.
- Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed
- 4-year college degree in Sales, Business, Real Estate or related experience highly desired
- Over 1 year of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales experience is preferred
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone

- Proficient computer skills
- High school diploma (Real estate license is a plus)
